Engage Health Systems Ditches Legacy Pricing Models: Fixed Costs and Customisable Modules for NHS Providers

We know that budgets are tight. With our modular pricing, you can choose the solutions that will bring the most value to your practice and your patients, leaving the ones you don’t need right now. And the best thing is, you can start small and add on products as more budget is released. For example, you could start with Engage Arrive for patient check-in, then add Engage Call later on to improve patient experience. Or you could choose Engage Messaging first, then when confidence levels are high, you could add appointment booking reminders. The choice is yours.
Why have we chosen to offer modular pricing?
We’ve chosen to offer modular pricing and move away from a price-per-patient model to provide more flexibility, scalability, and efficiency for our NHS partners:
Customisation and flexibility
With our modular approach, you can now pick and choose the specific modules that meet your needs, tailoring the solution specifically for you. So, for example, if you only need Engage Messaging but don’t need GP Triage, there’s no need for you to spend money on it. Align your software with your practice’s requirements.
We’ll also synchronise your contracts if you decide to add on an extra solution later down the line. So if you purchase Engage Messaging in November then decide to add on GP Triage the following January, we’ll only charge you for 10 months for GP Triage to bring your contract renewal for both solutions to November. That way, you’ll have just one invoice to pay, reducing admin time and hassle.
Cost efficient
The price-per-patient model has become an established standard in our industry. But when we looked at the true costs, it turns out that it’s the set-up that takes the lion’s share of the effort.
With hyperscale cloud computing, the difference in technical delivery cost for a 5,000-patient surgery vs a 20,000-patient surgery is extremely small. So with this in mind, it’s fairer for us to change the pricing model to a fixed fee, which enables simpler budgeting and planning for our partners.

It’s now much easier to implement Engage Health solutions since you can add them incrementally, reducing the risk and complexity of deployment. You can train your staff on the new systems in stages, rather than having to take them through the whole solution in one go.
It also reduces the risk of things going wrong during implementation, leaving you without any software to run your practice. With a modular approach, installation will take less time and you can gradually integrate new technology without overwhelming your staff or patients.
Better adoption rates
Now you can choose the modules of the Engage software that best suit your organisation, you could see better adoption rates from your staff and patients.
