Actions to be completed by Practices
As most GP Practices will be closed during the Christmas and New Year Bank Holidays, we wanted to make sure you are aware how to make your Engage Consult service ‘out of hours’ for these days only. What this means is that when a Patient tries to contact you via Engage Consult, your service will tell the Patient that it is ‘out of hours’ and that you will be available to respond to the request on the next working day.
